| Golf Cart Stolen From Cypress High Posted: 29 Jun 2010 06:24 PM PDT Cypress - A golf cart worth nearly $7,000 was stolen from the Cypress High School baseball team, police said on Tuesday. Sgt. Tom Bruce said the cart was stolen sometime between 3:30 p.m. Monday and 9:40 this morning from the school at 9801 Valley View. The school's baseball team recently spent $6,997 for the cart to help carry heavy equipment to and from their games, Bruce said. The team had to hold fundraisers to pay for the cart, which was delivered just five days ago, Bruce added. Anyone with information about its whereabouts was asked to call police at (714) 229-6631.
